Solar Sales Associate Position:

As a highly motivated, positive, results driven Direct Sales Representative, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and client acquisition helping homeowners get rid of their expensive dirty power bill, and transitioning them to clean solar energy courtesy of 1st Solar.

Your primary day-to-day activities include direct homeowner lead generation through cold calling, remote appointment setting, knocking on doors, setting in-home appointments, and closing high-ticket ($20k-$100k) contracts.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
*
*

  • Generate new leads and opportunities through various channels including door-to-door, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Door-to-door lead generation and appointment setting is a must
  • Represent 1st Solar in a professional and ethical manner
  • Experience working with CRM software such as Hubspot is a plus
  • Conduct in home presentations to prospective clients while building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record of success in sales with a focus on closing deals and driving revenue growth
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients to achieve a minimum of 3 target sales per month
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills is a must
  • Attend a mandatory weekly Zoom meeting to collaborate with the marketing, customer success teams and colleagues to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Spanish speaking a plus

  • Uncapped commission-based sales (Average sale commission between $4000 - $6000)
  • Our standard is 4 sales/month.
  • Volume bonuses are available.
  • Six-figure annual income expected but in no way guaranteed
  • 1099-contractor.

  • Sale Experience - Must have at least 2 years of door to door or sales experience

When you start, we expect you to drop all other commitments for 30 days, fully buy-in, put 100% effort in every single day, and challenge yourself. Pay: $120,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
